1. Initial Contact

  • Our estimator will as questions about your project. 

  • We’ll collect your contact information.

  • We may request photos of your current space and inspirational images.

  • Our team reviews this information and plan a site visit.

 

2. Complementary Site Visit

  • We’ll inspect the site and discuss your project.

  • Take photos, measurements and detailed notes.

  • Make detailed notes to help us prepare an accurate budget.

 

3. Budget Preparation

  • We’ll draft a basic scope of work to cover all project details.

  • We often reference similar past projects to help estimate costs.

  • We’ll research pricing for specific items you’ve requested.

  • Our team collaborates to determine a realistic budget range.

 

4. Budget Presentation

  • We’ll share the initial budget via phone, email, or text.

  • You’ll be invited to our design center to discuss your project and budget assumptions.​

5. Design Contract

  • Everything up to this point is complimentary.

  • At our first meeting, we’ll present a simple design contract & discus the design process. If you want to proceed with the design process, we have a simple design contract and require a good faith deposit.

 

6. Design & Scope Development

  • We’ll create a detailed scope of work.

  • Prepare basic drawings as needed.

  • Assist with selecting finishes and materials.

  • Provide a precise quote based on the finalized scope.

  • Meet with you as needed to review details and answer questions.

 

7. Final contact and Scope of Work

  • Meet to review the scope of work.

  • Confirm drawings are correct.

  • Confirm all materials have been selected.

  • Sign the scope of work and contract.

  • Make the materials order deposit​.
